I'm a physician assistant with 12 years of clinical experience. My career has taken me from emergency medicine to integrative health and medical weight loss, including running an award-winning program before founding Waypoint.
I founded Waypoint to do something I kept seeing missing in GLP-1 care: treat the medication as one part of a bigger plan, with real monitoring, real support, and a long-term strategy in place from day one. That includes:
A provider with specialty training in obesity medicine and health coaching
Personalized, data-driven care built around your history annd biology, not a "one-size-fits-all" template
A practice where you see the same provider every visit, who actually knows your case and knows YOU personally

Waypoint is a telehealth weight loss and metabolic health practice built in Missouri, for Missouri. My approach pairs GLP-1 medication management with the things that actually determine whether your results last: protein targets set before appetite suppression begins, body composition tracked separately from just the number on the scale, biweekly visits to adjust your plan in real time, and a long-term strategy in place before you ever need it.
This isn't about handing you a prescription and hoping for the best. It's about giving you a real plan, and a provider who's actually paying attention.

I grew up right here in St. Charles, MO but went to high school at Nerinx Hall in Webster Groves. I wouldn't be a St. Louis native without taking the change to mention where I went to high school.
I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Go Bulldogs!
You'll usually find me cooking, playing with my girls, planning my next girls trip, or cheering on STL City SC with my family.
American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA)
Lifting weights is my go-to, but I've done sprint triathlons and would love to get back to that. I also still play co-ed soccer with my dad, siblings, and husband on weekends.
If I'm being honest... iced matcha lattes. I'm becoming that girl. But truly, if you can't find me, I'm probably out somewhere in St Louis trying a new coffee shop.
Definitely depends on who is asking but my overall go to recommendations (and favorites) are The Nightingale, Where the Crawdads Sing and Fourth Wing.
I'm pretty simple. I love a good show or cuddling up in bed with a book. Although in this early summer season, I love to sit outside as the sun sets, watch the fireflies and catch up with my husband after our girls are asleep.
If this feels like the right fit, I'd love to connect. Book a free 15-minute intro call, no paperwork, no commitment, no pressure. We'll talk through where you are, what you've already tried, and whether Waypoint is the right next step for you.
Waypoint prescribes in Missouri. You'll need to be a Missouri resident, age 18 to 65, for the medical program. Outside Missouri? Ask me about non-prescribing support options on your intro call.
